Dr. Andoseh is a seasoned investment professional with more than 30 years experience designing, implementing, and evaluating investment projects for public and private institutions. He is an expert strategist adept at managing for impact in challenging developing country settings. He is a former program and project manager for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

 

He also served as Investment Manager of the University System of Maryland Endowment Funds, and as an Independent Consultant and College Professor. Dr. Andoseh has led diverse and multi-disciplinary teams that have advanced sustainable economic growth, collaborative research, transfer of knowledge, and adoption of new technologies in developing countries.  He has served in Africa, the Middle East, and SouthEast Asia. Dr. Andoseh obtained a Ph.D in Economics from George Mason University, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park.
