We focus on interventions in developing countries because it allows us to leverage our team’s combined 40 years field experience in emerging and low income countries.

We know from experience that market failure in most situations can be overcome with proper intermediation. The absence of private sector intermediaries accounts for the bulk of the challenges that businesses face in developing economies. It also accounts for why development partners have difficulty ensuring that projects yield outcomes that are sustained beyond the funding horizons. Consequently our business process hinges on replicating the role of a profitable intermediary that relaxes the constraint of interest within an ecosystem.
